 2. The recommended minimum age is 4 years old. Parents should pay attention to their children's condition before registering. Children under the age of 12 must share the board with an adult. The price for children under the age of 12 is NT$650.
 3. If the registration is temporarily canceled, the situation must be explained before 12:00 noon the day before (such as major injuries, relatives' condolences, major accidents, uncontrollable factors, etc.) and relevant certificates must be provided before 80% of the fee can be refunded.
 4. The event may be rescheduled due to temporary factors such as traffic accidents, weather factors, discomfort on the menstrual period, etc. Please call us to inform us and cooperate with the store to adjust the time.
 5. For temporary registration the day before, no refund will be given after informing the registration in advance.
 6. There is no extra charge for pets, but please make a note when placing an order. Please also try your best to understand the pet's water resistance and whether you need to bring a pet life jacket (local dogs, medium and large dogs usually do not need life jackets)
 7. Sea conditions and tidal currents change greatly, please be informed before booking - our instructors give priority to the safety of tourists, and the activity range will be adjusted according to the current suitable travel conditions, and may be changed to Wanlitong Sea Area or other locations

If the weather conditions are bad a few days before the event date, but the sea conditions and weather conditions are not equal Our coaches will contact customers by phone 1-2 hours before the event at the latest Please understand that sea currents and tides are uncontrollable factors.  8. This trip must be booked 2 days in advance (excluding the day of the trip).
